We booked a room in the club floor, so we had access to the lounge, which was nice. Great location, boutique vibe, big room, comfortable beds. I called front desk and they gave me the run around saying they’re all booked but would be happy to downgrade my room with no refund, come to find out I paid for a deluxe suite and they put me in a normal suite because they’re “overbooked” or “sold out” . The roads are a little congested in the area, but having the train right out front makes getting around very convienent.
