Two-hours includes 45-minutes of sweat and release through a guided practice of yoga and kinesthetics (burpees, jumping jacks, and squats) to music with heavy beats. Let go and create space for 75-minutes of meditation, reflection, journaling, and sharing. You will visualize the life that you want, and create short-term goals to get you there. Expect to walk away with tangible goals that you’re motivated by, a vision journal, an accountability partner, bites from KIND, hydration from Drink Simple, and an optional post-class liqueur tasting hosted by Don Ciccio & Figli.
