What are you tired of in your life? Who is your best self? Together, we will identify ways for you to tap into your inner power and achieve more. You will sweat and struggle and succeed amongst a community of supporters. Check in on yourself. Disrupt your current patterns, of both body and mind, and set goals for what you want.
In The Movement, expect a practice of yoga and kinesthetics (burpees, jumping jacks, and squats) to music with heavy beats. Repeated, simple movements allow you to close your eyes and bring focus within. Find your place of discomfort — physical, emotional — feel it, observe it, and send energy to heal it. Through movement and noise, you are invited to release what is no longer serving you, and create space for what’s next.
In The Work, you are invited to meditate, journal and share. You will envision your fullest expression of self and your big picture vision of life, and create short-term goals that align to the life that you want. Take a moment to stop and address what’s going on in your life and peel back the layers that are stopping you from living your best self.
Dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat and water bottle; shoes optional.
Ticket price includes:
The Movement: 45-minute movement experience
The Work: 75-minute guided meditation, journaling and sharing session (vision journal included)
