Two points that may be relevant: (1) With the exception of Series-75 limousines, the B-pillar was indeed unavailable on any “regular” Cadillac, including even the very large 60-Special, in model-years 1957 through 1964. This one looks better then a 50 footer, which leads me to believe that someone or company knew what they were doing, and that makes it less likely to be a backyard project.
